1. Membership Issues

1.2 How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is a quick and easy process. Click here and tell us you want to cancel.

1.3 What does a recurring subscription do?

A recurring subscription rebills you automatically at the end of each subscription period until cancelled. A monthly recurring subscription, for example, charges your credit card (or other chosen payment method) the membership price every 30 days.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the members area for the period you paid for. If you joined on the 1st of the month, for example, and cancelled on the 23rd, your access would expire on the 30th.

2. Technical Issues

2.1 What software do I need?

Any modern browser, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari, is fine to view the site. For our movies you’ll need a media player capable of viewing Windows Video 9 files (.wmv). We recommend the latest version of Windows Media Player. & for the Mac users Flip4Mac

2.2 My computer won’t play the videos.

Please make sure you have a Windows Media Video 9 compatible player installed, and that you have the latest version thereof. The latest version of Windows Media Player can be downloaded here.
